 Fine rack, illiterate buyers….

There are five reviews for this pan and all are horrible. The problem however is not the rack, nor is it Amazon.com. The problem is that all five of these buyers bought this item without reading the product description.
It clearly states it’s 8X10 inches and fits in half size BUN pans. Everyone that reviewed had purchased it for a half size sheet pan.
I couldn’t let this obvious injustice continue. The Cooling Rack is INNOCENT! In fact, it’s a fine rack.
Why amazon has paired it with the sheet pan is beyond me and likely an oversight. Which is even more proof that we as consumers must stay on our toes when buying online. READ READ READ READ READ and for good measure READ again.

Very Pleased With This Item and This Seller

After reading through all the reviews, I concurred with others that felt many customers did not read through the description which led to their poor reviews of this product. I also feel that reading through product reviews along with the description before I order has led to my being satisfied with products when I receive them.
I ordered 2 of these racks instead of a single half sheet size for more versatility. I felt that their small size would make them easier to store and if I needed a larger area I could just position them side by side. I am very pleased with the heavy construction and grid pattern of these racks. They will not flex and the small squares will not allow small items to fall through. Of course, since we are fulltime RVers and empty nesters, bigger is not better. These racks are the perfect size for Chicago Metallic Commercial Set of 4 Personal Pizza Pans that I use for cobblers, casseroles, pot pies, and dessert pies. I usualy only use two of these pan at a time though. Also work great for any cakes I bake in the 2 Fat Daddio’s Anodized Aluminum Round Cake Pan, 6 Inch x 2 Inch that I used frequently. The 2 racks also hold any cookies, appetizers etc. that I bake on my Nordic Ware Bakers Quarter Sheet, 13 X 9 X 1.

This is a nice sized cooling rack. I purchased it to use in a jelly roll pan for baking fish so the juices would drain away while cooking. It works adequately for this purpose.
However, the quality is not great. The chrome coating is uneven in spots and the rack joints are not welded evenly. Because of this, it has many sharp spots, so use with care.
